Dominique Bañas is a LA-based television and live event producer. 

Recent credits include: Las Culturistas Culture Awards (Bravo/Peacock), Get Real House Live (Hulu), Producers Guild Awards, After Midnight (CBS), and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert (CBS).

At The Late Show, Dominique produced a diverse array of illustrious guests such as Stephen Sondheim, Dionne Warwick, Mariah Carey, Billie Eilish and countless Colbert Questionert segments. Prior to that, she worked as a researcher at The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Dominique is also a co-founder of the non-profit, Your Neighbor’s Backyard, which is an organization that puts on live shows that raise awareness and funds for various causes.
