Dominique Bañas is a LA-based Filipinx television and live event producer. She currently works at After Midnight as a Segment Producer. She previously worked at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in NYC where she produced a diverse array of illustrious guests such as Stephen Sondheim, Dionne Warwick, Issa Rae and Michaela Coel. Prior to that she worked as a researcher at The Ellen DeGenerous Show. Dominique is also a co-founder of the non-profit, Your Neighbor’s Backyard, which is an organization that puts on live shows that raise awareness and funds for various causes.
